SHIPPING

We will process orders during regular business hours Monday through Friday up to 2 PM EST (excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM EST or Saturday and Sunday may not ship until the next business day.

Orders are shipped by Fed Ex . You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped. Special conditions may apply during holiday seasons.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Express shipping can only be guaranteed on orders placed before 2 PM EST. All packages after that time will go out the following day.

If you are concerned about receiving your items by a specific time, please call the store and we will do our best to make your shipment our highest priority.

Fed Ex is unable to deliver items to a PO Box or APO/FPA address.

Order Processing Information: Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. The Blake will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.

 

Size Charts & Product Information

These size charts are intended to be a general guideline. Sizing and cut will vary between styles and fabrication. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email, or phone. We are happy to help select your size.  You will find links to these charts throughout the Website.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange and must be received by The Blake Returns Department within 14 days.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached.

Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Special orders may be returned for store credit or exchange pending approval.

FINAL SALE on sale merchandise.

All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please notify our returns department as soon as possible to:info@shoptheblake.com

Returns are to be registered with our returns department. Please note that returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number, which is to be requested within 7 days of delivery. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

A return authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing tags, or otherwise not in original condition.

We recommend that you use the original packaging provided to ensure that the merchandise is adequately protected while in transit. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for your convenience. NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.

Your RA# must be on the outside of your package or it will not be accepted.
